1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the KrishiOx web app to browse services or submit a booking request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. What KrishiOx is — and is not

KrishiOx is a scheduling and facilitation tool that helps farmers request agricultural equipment and services (tractor, rotavator, harvesting, and similar) in and around , by preparing a structured WhatsApp message on their behalf. KrishiOx does not itself own, operate, or provide any tractor, machinery, or labour. Services are performed by independent equipment owners and fleet partners who register through the Partners page. KrishiOx does not guarantee the availability, timing, pricing, or quality of any service delivered by a partner.

3. No online payment

KrishiOx does not process, collect, hold, or guarantee any payment. All payment terms — amount, timing, and method — are agreed directly between you and the equipment owner/partner fulfilling your booking, outside this app.

4. How a booking works

Completing the booking wizard and tapping "WhatsApp पर बुक करें" opens your own WhatsApp app with a pre-filled message, sent from your own WhatsApp number to KrishiOx's WhatsApp number. Submitting this form is a booking request, not a confirmed booking — actual confirmation, scheduling, and any changes happen through the WhatsApp conversation that follows with the KrishiOx team or partner.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information — village/area, service type, quantity/area, and preferred date — so the right equipment and partner can be arranged.
• Be reachable on the phone/WhatsApp number you use to send the booking request.
• Communicate cancellations or changes as early as possible via WhatsApp (see the Contact page).
• Use the app only for genuine booking requests — repeated fake or abusive booking requests may result in your requests being declined.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Services booked through KrishiOx are performed by independent partners "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, KrishiOx disclaims all warranties regarding the availability, timeliness, or quality of any service, and is not liable for any loss, delay, crop damage, equipment issue, payment dispute, or other harm arising from a service arranged through the app, or from a message not being delivered due to network or connectivity issues. Any dispute regarding the service itself is between you and the partner who performed it.

7. Partners / equipment owners

Individuals or fleets who register via the Partners page act as independent contractors, not as employees or agents of KrishiOx. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of the service information they provide and for fulfilling bookings they accept.

8. Intellectual property

The KrishiOx name, logo, and the design and content of this app belong to KrishiOx and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as needed for normal use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, the version marker at the top of this page changes, and returning users are shown the consent notice again the next time they open the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over .
